The 3 or 6-month Wellness Journey Includes:
An initial one-on-one Zoom session to identify your imbalances, define your intentions and begin creating a customized roadmap for healthy living.
Biweekly one-on-one Zoom sessions to receive personalized support and accountability to help you reach your wellness goals.
Powerful tools, resources and recommendations given outside of sessions to help you achieve your unique version of optimal health.

meet The coach
Tiffany Windju is a certified health coach through The Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She is on a mission to empower individuals to discover and embody their unique version of optimal health, allowing them to thrive and reach their greatest potential. Tiffany’s approach to health coaching is holistic, actionable and individualized. She motivates her clients to take small, positive daily steps because she believes that small steps lead to big results. She uses her personal wellness journey, her experience as a coach and her education to help her clients find balance and joy in everyday living.
